Synapse XT has been know to be caused or made worse by stress. If you are having trouble with stress, figure out how to lower the amounts of it you have in your life. Try to avoid situations that you know will be stressful. Employ coping measures to help you endure those situations you can't avoid. Meditation has been know to reduce your stress level overall.
You brain will always try focus on what is important.

Or try this, each time your brain is trying to make you aware of Synapse XT, just tell it, " I have other things on my mind at the moment.... get out of here or come back later...I may have time for you then ".
