Honestly, I feel that that is
Madden 20 coins a small misconception. It reminds me how players believed Hunter would be similar to Slayer since the names suggest similar things. The only aspect Ports would talk about with the suggested Sailing is that you could customize a boat. The gameplay could be day and night; one has been an idle interface direction similator while the other was of an adventure/dungeoneering design activity.
Without doubt it would have been more interactive, but it depends on how much they'd have gone with it. Procedurally created islands with various topics and dungeons beneath them ripe for the taking would have been cool.
I really don't think MatK's opinion implies too much these days. While he does have a point that neglected content can use a reasonable bit of time for little gain, that does not signify that the OSRS Team will only stick to what is secure and never attempt something like a skill. Despite his view, the OSRS Team has stated multiple times because Warding a new skill is still on the desk and that they plan to research about what players might like to see about new abilities later on. I also think the time spent on Warding is a bit exaggerated at times.
It did take some time, but most of it had been collecting feedback that they do for each upgrade. Like when they spent a couple of weeks and 3 drafts of a pursuit and it failed, I doubt that would dissuade them from offering another quest. Often when polls neglect, it has to do with something in
